Daniel Hill
Mr. Hill is a highly experienced, detail- and results-oriented property manager who has had the opportunity to manage retail, office, residential, and industrial properties. He has supervised lease negotiations, tenant improvements, maintenance operations, collections, legal matters, budgeting, accounting functions, and tenant relations. He can address all aspects of the management of real property assets, including the valuation and acquisition of properties, with knowledge and confidence. Mr. Hill is also a California real estate broker and licensed insurance broker, with two law degrees from Canada’s McGill University and a an MBA from the University of Miami in Florida.
Mr. Hill is an active member of his community who has been publicly recognized for his integrity and strong values. He lives in West Los Angeles with his family.
